An event planner normally works in an event company. A planner may be involved in finding a site for the event, creating a theme for it, arranging décor, food, and entertainment preparations. Depending on the requirements of the clients an event planner can also send out invitations and arrange accommodation, supervising on site and coordination event personnel.
